It's a bit sketchy but I think you could take Kibisis as one since Perseus was given it by the gods but Shirou was still able to project it. I don't really know how canon that scene is though, since you wouldn't expect Shirou to be able to trace a sack np of all things.

I think it's from somewhere where they say that without it she's no stronger than a normal girl? I can't source that off the top of my head, though. (Who knows how this does or doesn't apply to versions that seem to be actual Heroic Spirits, though, like the F/GO ones.)

It’s that scene during the date when they mentioned saber was weaker than rin and shirou when not using magic after the batting center. So i think people infer from that it’s already considered in her stat sheet.

So here's what I found out today. One, do not gamble with Saber.
Two, a rule where the winner is the one to have ten more hits than the opponent can end up in an infinite hell if the ones playing are at about the same level.
And lastly, Saber is physically weaker than us if she does not use her magical energy.

Shirou traced Kibisis?

Perseus was also given Harpe but Shirou can trace that fine, although we've never seen him outright project it IIRC.

Yeah, Shirou can actually project a bunch of stuff, it's just that Swords are what he's best at/is cheapest, because other stuff doesn't go in UBW

But Shirou projected a bunch of random junk in his shed, Archer projects his Bow, a high end fishing rod, and some other stuff.

What's weird is more that he was able to project an np that should be outside of UBW. But apparently sacks fall under swords.

I think it would be fine in this case. Prillya is mainly unreliable when dealing with abilities and relative power levels of Servants.
