Most of the people supposed to keep Servants and Masters in line alike are now kaput or comatose thanks to Lev. After that, pretty much everything was thrown into chaos and they're reeling from it even now.

yea your right, i need to make it occur, hmm well id assume weird spike haired people with sad backgrounds are good sign that ones about to start. id be better off joining ygdelmilliania, mage association just doesn't fit my taste im more into groups led by homicidal, crazy, or either wise evil individuals they dont let Morales decide whats best for the world or there goals, i can respect that(of course id eventually if im confident in my magecraft abilities try and take over.)

I don't think so, them taking to the stars is pretty much the next step of humans progressing the age of man to the next level, not regressing to how it was under gods. If it was like that Gilgamesh would have never had supported that wish which he did.

I had no idea the guy from the end of SF volume 1 was supposed to be Zelretch until reading the manga...since when does Zelretch chill in a space outside time and have phone calls with a vampire? Were either of those things introduced before?

I don't know, he certainly seem to have a bond with Hakuno seeing that he expend most of his treasury for him in his ending and to leave the Far Side just for him in Extella. The problem I'm having tho is trying to see if that bond is truly personal or is just amusement to Gilgamesh, most likely it's a mix of both.

Having fun with people you like, both are going together I think, and yeah as you said he expended most of his NP for him/her and as I was starting to read Strange Fake and saw him wanting to erase people for the heresy of wanting his treasures, I was wondering all of this.
