In El-Melloi Case Files Volume II, Touko Aozaki is present as a Grand, and it's stated that her Sealing Designation was rescinded along with several others en masse a few years before the novel. However, I've heard that in HF, when she makes Shirou's new doll body, she's still presented as a fugitive. Did Case Files retcon HF in this case?

To me it seems a bit... forced? Not holding yourself doesn't mean giving everything you have got, and while materials speak of the name, Gilgamesh uses various times "Enuma Elish" with clearly different results. It is enough to check the Enkidu vs Gil in Strange Fake to see that there is something more than what he does in Fate Route.

honestly i don't really care, the contradiction doesn't obtain for me. claims that X piece of IP is in the 'same' 'continuity' as Y piece of IP should be ignored in all cases due to being fake news
