Generally speaking it should have some bad effects if you're exposed to large amount. In Camelot the MC had to wear a mask. Then when preparing to go to Babylonia, Da Vinci improved that mask cuz Babylonia era has very high concentration of magic energy.
But when Hakuno entered Amaterasu's palace he/she didn't feel any negative effects and could breath normally despite noticing the vast amount of True Ether in the area. Tho it might be due to them being in a dream-like state, or Amaterasu did something to allow them to live.

There's probably nothing even resembling a canon answer for this, but what happened to Sella and Leysritt in/after the Fate route?
Also, on a related note, what would probably happen to them after Ilya died post-Grail War? Would they go back to the Einzberns and get re-assigned or broken down back into raw materials or something?

Knowing Buddha is the saint among all saints and that he's also the perfect opposite of Kiara, what would happen if they had to face each other, would he be unaffected?
Enlightenment says Buddha laughs at the seven desires, which I feel like would muck up Kiara's NP. At the same time, Kiara's something that had the capacity to become a Saver, is pretty far from purely human in her final form, and is a being at his scale, so there's the question of how well his NP would work.
Nega Saver also says Kiara negates all the skills of the Saver class, but does that mean skills inherent to the class, or does it mean all skills a Saver-class Servant possesses, including Enlightenment?
Dunno. This also feels more Badass Versus-y.
