(Least I don’t think so.) however long term and fairly vague commands like the one given to lancer are weak enough they can be resisted at the cost of having weekend stats, also it’s fairly physically uncomfortable. But using a NP is quick, so if you really want to, you can still fire one off before the weakness really gets to you

Also, why scout the competition with your backup for the sake of your main, when the backup can do the job by himself.

Command Seal just sounds better IMO. And I've never heard anybody say "Command Mantra".

Seal is what I first heard it as in the Zero English dub.
