if Rin used 5 times the jewel she used against Herc (6 lives 5 rez) instead 1
which means 5*1 assplode which is 5 assplode
Herc with 6 lives 5 rez gets 5 assplode ends up with 1 lives 0 rez
just 5 times the jewel isnt enough! herc is still alive even though he has 0 rez!

You don't like stab magical energy or a fireball with it, no.A Noble Phantasm with an ability clearly unlike that of the other Servants' Noble Phantasms. Its efficiency as a weapon is virtually nil, but it has the ability to "break" (as in, "violation of commandment" or "transgression of law") any magic on a target pierced by its blade. Targets that can be broken are contracts and life forms formed from magical energy. Rule Breaker can reset the condition of the target to the state before magic was used on it. You’ll just have to assume it as one of the casualties forgotten between the inconsistencies of FSN and F/Z. It’s notable for being a mystic code that contains a lifetime of Tokiomi’s magical energy and all that but otherwise it does just sound like a generic article that’s exists because it was appropriate for him to posses one.

My headcanon is that Rin attempted to make use of it but being the screwup that she is, she poured far too much energy into it at once and it blew up in her face and she was like "welp, guess I gotta start buying my own jewels now..."

actually that’s fanon. It may be true, may not be. The actual line is closer to “kirei didn’t know how to manage assets and squandered everything, but didn’t really care since he thought it would be good for rin to be poor”
some people spin that to kirei intentionally wasted money, but it’s not actually stated to be the case
I know, that's why I said pretty sure and said it would be in character if he did.
