I just think of it like how Steins;Gate has it's worldlines.
Spoiler:
I have this tree in my backyard.
If I don't prune my tree, there's only tiny fruits. And my mother really loves saying how great the fruit on this tree is.
I only prune it once every couple of months because lol I have anime porn forums to be on.
When I leave no one's going to prune the tree and it'll overgrow and die because it used up all the resources around it.
So why did my dad chop this tree down.

You see the multiverse is basically a bonsai tree
If someone is a "King of Something", does Gil respect them more than other people?
It depends on if that something is “Heroes” and also they are Gil
I don’t think he’d really care. Everyone has to earn his respect equally.
did you not see how he react to 2 unknown mongrel calling themselves King of Knight and King of Conquest
hmm i don't think its possible to ever gain his complete respect, i mean the only time he ever admitted someone was powerful was when emiya cut his arm off, and even then it was said through gritted teeth. and right after words having his arm cut off, just barely able to avoid being killed, an having his GoB be rendered useless, goes right back to calling him a worthless mongrel. so i think its impossible tho gain his true respect unless you are enkidu different story then.
Karna, Ozy and Iskander all gained his respect completely
hmmm, i always thought that he just found them amusing but didn't really respect them just more or less found them slightly more interesting then the other heroes. by the way does gill ever mention anything about the events that occurred in any of the FATE routes in fate/grand order? and if so could you show or give me a link to what he said?

That's because Gil is an arrogant prick. He does respect them, but that doesn't mean he will stop being a prick to them.

Do alternate versions of the same servant get memory bleed through between them like Shirou and Archer did to each other, since they are the same existence?
Do we have any idea on how powerful F/SF excalibur is to Artoria's excalibur?
For SF Excalibur, no since we haven't had Richard's profile yet, but it's probably weaker since Richard is just mimicking the Beam Slash using apparently his own belief than the actual sword that was created by the planet.

Wondering, but where was it stated that ancient historians thought Altera to be one of Attila's concubines? Is it one of her interludes in GO, because I couldn't find that mention in her story in Extella. Or is it a false fact.

I've never heard of that. The only thing i've heard of is that Kriemhildr (Siegfried's wife) married Atli (Attila) after Siegfried died so she can get her revenge on Gunther. Also Brunhild is Atli's sister.
I remember it to have been the answer someone gave when someone asked how in-universe viewed Altera's genderbend. But it also stated the Extella My Room events as source so when I played Extella I started to doubt if that was ever a fact. Just wanted to ask if it was a thing, but from the looks of it it appears not.

I think you or that person got confused. Basically in Altera's interlude Siegfried kinda mentioned that Kriemhildr married Atli (Attila) afterward. But Attila was a woman and never really cared about Kriemhildr nor even remember her but faintly remember a woman by her side, though Roman suggested it was most likely someone in her court make her marrry Kriemhildr for diplomatic reason
