Inspired by this nice post, I decided to make my very first tiermaker sheet to demonstrate my vibes-based answer to the question in the title:



As you can see, I focused mainly on magi and gave up pretty much immediately because it turns out that messing with tiermaker is a chore. What are your thoughts on the matter? Is your waifu/husbando/blorbo certified? Servants and DAs, etc, need not apply.

Nah, she probably has a proper French citizenship, and then a fair few fake citizenships like Kiritsigu does (those he hands out like candy to Artoria, Iri, Maya, etc.). If the Church can't establish fake identities then it's time to refund the collection money.

For the most part, the why is "they're born into it", with the odd "they need it as part of their

the whydunnit, huh... i don't think kiritsugu would have any legitimate paperwork (birth certificate, etc) after the mishap on his 'home island', and i don't think he pays taxes. my thoughts
