Lets hear my idea a bit. It will be long and maybe interesting.

There are a certain Indonesian Author Community who have a tournament between author. the Tournament called "Battle Of Realms". Each Author make an Original Character with different ability and different story.
After the original character ready, The author will make their own battle story. For example Character A VS Character B. The author of Character A will write their own story where Character A win and Vise Versa. Then the reader will vote whose version is the best. For example, If Character B is have more vote than character A, then Character A version will be non-existent and Character B version will be canon who can move on into next round.
Currently, Battle Of Realms already begin their Season Three with sub tittle "Heroes X Heretic" with sixteen Original Character and more than ten original character eliminated and make their own canon as "Official Opposition".

Now, How about bring Holy Grail Concept into this tournament?

Let see, There are 14 role, both Master and Servant. so, we need 14 Author and 4 version of battle. Because we are in Beast Lair, We will make Original Character who somehow related to the Original Type Moon Character. For example, Shirou and Rin daughter will be master or Illya will be summoned as Caster or Arcueid suddenly appeared out of nowhere as master.

What do you think?

If you want to make it happen, I need two person as host and 14 Author. Please tell me what you think and I will proceed if 16 or more people agree with this suggestion.

It's not bad by necessity, but it is really hard to pull off. After all, everyone would want for his OC to be the specialest and fairest of them all. It is very easy for it to end as a bitchfest.
