It's great how the 4th War is pretty much the one where the least went wrong overall.
Except for the Fifth. Who has the biggest bodycount there? Rider ate like 20 people and sort of got the school, Gil was on orphan power, Lancer, Saber, Berserker, Archer and Assassin were only out for Servants, so Medea? What did she end up with, three office buildings after hours? So like 100-200 people?
So maybe it's been a downward trend from the first on.

Did the VN give us a number for how many people died in Medea's "gas leaks," though?
I remember they were taken to the hospital, but I don't believe there were any fatalities. I think it's a toss up between Medusa and Gil, and that one boils down to a question of how many living batteries Kirei had squirreled away in that basement.
Spoiler:
Shouldn't we include the fact there was a very real possibility of Angra Mainyu manifesting as an indicator of how screwed-up the Fifth was?
By that logic the Third would be the worst because he actually appeared there. Or Hollow Atraxia.

My Fanfiction - Almost entirely short stories and oneshots
"It does not concern me how many strangers die. And besides, Caster has not taken anyone's life. …But I must say, you aren't very thorough, Caster. You should have drained all of their energy if that is the case."
according to this she hadnt killed any of them.
Hello there some of you might know me from the create a servant thread. I'm not entirely sure if this is the proper place to post this but I am planning on writing a quest story and wanted to ask if anybody who has much experience writing or even reading them has any advice for me. And basic info the basic premise is a theoretical Grail war probably like Bird of Hermes' quest of fate.

so many ideas, so little energy...
Are we allowed to post other peoples' ideas here? Because someone had a surprisingly interesting idea, or so I felt, about the use of a non-Artoria protagonist Servant for Shirou.
Now one can say, "but there are so many" but most of those stories, from what I've seen are kind of designed to mimic the Shirou - Saber partnership. This on the other hand, could potentially turn into an extremely heated ideological spat between Shirou and his Servant in their idea.
