No, Rin messed with his END and Battle Continuation in Extra. His Luck is E with Rin, Kotomine, and Guda(k)o and goes to D as a Caster or Medb boytoy.

My bad. I thought I remembered something about Kotomine moving a Rank from his luck to his AGI.
Honestly I don't think Kotomine would have that kind of skill, as a Master he's kinda bad.
Redistributing stats sounds like something beyond Kotomine's skill set.

But I'm not really sure that Bazett would have that kind of skill either, she's talented don't get me wrong but her abilities seem to mostly be for combat rather than support like stat modification.
Or it could be that his Luck has always been awful, no Master dickery needed.

I dunno where this whole thing came from anyway, 1) stat modification is implied to be at summoning/contracting like everything else, 2) we don't even know how difficult or easy it is and for all we know its as simple as the ME mod, 3) if informally trained Kiritsugu can figure stuff out, formally trained Kotomine could probably do it, 4) Kotomine and Bazett's interaction was "hey I was in the neighborhood" "righto, come in" *stab* "oh, yuetsuuuuu"

That actually seems legit. My knowledge of his Legend is pretty vague, but bad shit happening was a running theme I think.

With the White Day Lemon Exchange going on, and since I'm already working on a two-part one-shot and non-TM one-shot simultaneously, what's good sex (or in this case H-game) music you would listen to for inspiration? Just like if you were to listen to intense and/or fast music for inspiration on action scenes, you listen to more somber music for emotional scenes (if music's your go-to for creativity).
