I'm actually thinking about a ToAru/Nasuverse crossover.
It would start with Touma participating in the Grail War and messing shit up.
Shirou: I want to be a hero!
Touma: I will shatter that illusion with this fist of mine!

I personally suggest that instead of going the Holy Grail War route you instead work on combining the elements together.

A Holy Grail War where everyone is Shirou! And by that I mean all Servants are future variations of Shirou.
Saber: Mind of Steel Shirou
Archer: EMIYA
Lancer: Shirou who grew up with Rin and who's even better at analyzing things. Devoted track athlete in life. (It's better than it sounds)
Rider: Televangelist K Shirou :3
Caster: Would be based on Emiya Kirika
Berserker: Would basically be Emilya
Assassin: A Shirou raised by one of Kirei's Assassins from the 4th War. Instead of Gilgamesh, that Assassin would have been granted a body by taking in the corruption of the Grail.
I'm still working out in my head and on paper what each of their skill sets would be as well as why they would have those skill sets. Assassin has me the most confounded.

Well, I didn't think he would support a Servant. More like being sent to investigate this weird event and act as a back-up for the Anglican Church's master.
Also I am going to tweak a few things about the Servants and the Nasuverse in general. Same for ToAru of course.
Touma: *Insert long and tedious speech*

Indeed, that's exactly why I wish Touma to be present. He's the ultimate spanner in the works.
Don't worry I plan more than just a simple Grail War. It will escalate to something greater.
If you read the Novels then the World War III plot sounds familiar, right? Well, I plan to make it even more messy with various TypeMOON entities around.

Anyways, my worst dilemma is probably integrating the Nasuverse mages into the system of ToAru. Namely: every magician belongs to some kind of Christian religious group by default.
Rin is an easy pick. She can be either part of the Amakusa Church or Neccessarius. But some mages like Araya are tough to categorize that way. Religions outside the catholic has little importance in ToAru.
The MA is enough for an organization. It doesn't have to be connected with the Church, if not only by antagonism.
Well, that's an option. But that would violate one of the basic settings of the ToAru verse. Contrary to the situation in the Nasuverse, the ToAru church propagates magic and the mayor sponsor of any magic activity. Hell, most ToAru spells are based on religious legends and alike.Even if not, the ToAru style magic is always connected to the history.
The MISAKA-arc in Season 1 made me B'AAWWWW.
They're a personal favorite of mine.

I love Misaka-Imouto. They're great, especially #10032. :3 Last Order is also a great character. I'm just disappoint that the Sisters get so little screentime. :[
The Hound and the Blacksmith
This idea keeps bugging me, and I just might have to write it to get away from the GRIMDARK of Steel and Cherry Blossoms.
Basically, its the Lancer/Archer buddy cop movie.
It's going to be action pact, violent, full of one liners, two bad ass guys a couple of feme fatals, some sex, and a whole lot of shit getting blown up. It's an 80's action movie, Type-Moon Style. Or maybe more like Black Lagoon but with Fate Characters. It will be unapologetically violent and break many Nasuverse rules probably.
So it's after some version of the Grail War that was more Heaven's Feel than UBW or Fate. Mainly Shirou is with Sakura. However Archer played a huge part in saving Sakura and they've became really close, like brother and sister sort of close. Not to mention because Sakura and Rin's relationship is repairing nicely, Sakura wants to see her Nee-san as happy as she is.
Anyway, when Ilya brought back Shirou, Archer was piggy-backed into reality as well. (I just need to figure out a way to get Lancer back.)
So anyway, Rin suggests, so they can make money, that Lancer and Archer start a sort of troubleshooting agency to handle things the Magus Association and the Church can't handle.
Sakura's their Gal Friday.
Rider occasionally joins them in missions.
Shirou is told to stay in the kitchen.
The stories would be rather episodic and anthology like with their character development carrying on from each story as well as "power ups".
