I'm not actually to get to work on Dark Elesia right now. I just wanted to sketch something easy at school today and I don't remember many characters' designs. Well Dark Elesia is basically long hair, naked Ciel with a cape, easy.
I'm going to modify her collar which originally covered a lot of her face, obscuring her sexiness.
These sketches were pretty rushed. Tell me if this is not evil or sexy enough. Censorship with just a cape is pretty hard @_@

Ah, you mean the cowlick right? Yeah I exaggerated , I'll keep the more canon design in another draft. I'll try more subtle expressions; it sucks that there's only 2 Official Tsukihime sprites and barely any Dark Elesia art anywhere. Thanks for the feedback Lianru!
Azaka Overworld Sprite WIP 1
I'm starting simple and doing her overworld walking and jumping animations first. Attack, Defense, Spirit, and Damaged animations/poses will be discussed later.
Maybe I'm just self-conscious, but her face doesn't seem right. >_< Agh, its so small that its forcing me to make every single pixel count.
EDIT: Milbunk pointed out her shoes look weird. Fixing it

Fixed her face for more personality and cuteness by giving her bigger eyes and a smaller face which makes it look so much better. Fixed her shoes by giving it a better outline.

As a comment on your SHIKI sketch, his shoulders are a bit out of proportion compared to the hips. It wouldn't be a problem in the chibified sprites, but if you were to have the facial/body/attack sprites, I would fix it up a bit.

Unsure on how to animate her vest...I'll just color it first to see how it looks then change it later if needed.

Seems like when her left arm moves forward there's a lag/empty space where the hair should fill the space. Also, the skirt forward movement is fine, but it looks kind of strange for it to be completely blank when she moves her leg back, if you see what I'm talking about. Otherwise it's fine.
As a suggestion for animating the hair, only make the tips sway back and forth to lessen the time it takes to do that animation.
(Sorry for being so critical...if it's bothering you I'll stop, just giving my suggestions.)
EDIT: Left arm backwards movement also seems to "jump".

Oh yeah about her backward skirt movement, sorry, I just didn't bother to indicate the skirt "sinking" inward with lines. You'll see it when I do coloring and tone. I'll change the skirt contour for that too.
I agree about her left arm. That left arm was a bitch to animate with the size I have to do it in and its difficult angles. I'll edit the frame before the left arm's peak to lessen the contrast that makes it appear to jump.
Planning that way about the hair anyway, thanks for the suggestions.
Keep critiquing! I'm rather disappointed and lonely if I get no comments rather than all criticisms from any artists. Criticisms help me when I have this gut feeling about something, but am hesitant what to do about it.
