Includes hair animation, shortened skirt by 2 pixels to fix design inaccuracies, fixed left arm. Hair seems stiff to me and doesn't really flow; overall movement is decent.

Hair movement looks nice and flows well. Good choice hiking the skirt up a bit, this way we get to see more of them boots.

EDIT: Included Shiki, Upgraded Sakura, and Ciel for comparison, though my sprite kinda sucks >3> especially compared to Sakura. I based Azaka off of Ciel because she also wore a skirt...not the best idea considering Azaka's character and mannerisms :/ . I'll try fixing her in a patch or something.
She looks a little too big, but the black outline I give her will make her appear a little smaller hopefully.
