Also, striking how it's basically exactly like those three figures of Saber, Rin and Sakura in kimonos, sitting on a bench, just with Okita this time. The sword prop and the fact that you can remove her scarf does make it cooler than the others though, imo.

Eww, figmas. I do like the look and style of that version of Saber Alter though. The clothes (the open jacket in particular), the necklace, the ponytail and hairband, she looks pretty badass. I like it. Cool design. Too bad it's just a figma...

You know...despite Arthur's Excalibur having a much more fancy design than Artoria's Excalibur, somehow, I still like Artoria's Excalibur better (just a random thought that popped into my head when looking at that Arthur figure)...Of course, the addition of Avalon only makes it even better. Caliburn is still the best though.

Artoria (and most FSN original) has these balance between cool factor (or regal in Artoria's case) and simplicity, which I find very attractive and the pinnacle of Takeuchi's design.

True, and agreed (I really like Archer's design), but there are exceptions. Gil's armor design (which is super cool imo, don't get me wrong) at least is an early one, and it is still very fancy. There are a lot of details on that thing.
