Asking as I ordered off Ami just now. This figure is one of few reasons why / how I got into the Fate series, or anything Japanese for that matter. Though I missed out on the initial 2009 run and a few times contemplated the overpriced eBay sellers...

Usually can't stand dolfies because they just look gaudy to me, but those look surprisingly well done. Might just be the camera angle.
They are just so...soulless.
Figruines can make that up by being a little closer to the design of the character, but dolfies just scare me, they are right at the most unsettling part of the uncanny valley.

Eh, they don't look human enough for the uncanny valley. IIRC, uncanny valley is when something looks really realistic but there's small cues that cause your brain to freak out and go "woah that's not human killitkillitkillit".
