Energy drain until you are a tank, Incinerate max, Salarian class skill max, Fitness and Decoy on 4.

Decoy is the reason why people love you on Firebase White.

I'd disagree with |3uster there. Frankly, Incinerate is useless if you've got good enough Energy Drain; just give yourself a decent pistol and you should be able to have great cooldowns and decent damage without sinking points into Incinerate. Maxed Decoy is, overall, more useful. Incinerate would be useful if you were planning on soling things, but as an Engineer it's just better to have higher Fitness and Decoy.

And for FBW/G/G builds (which I doubt you're going for. :P) Incinerate basically has no place since all you'll be doing is casting Energy Drain and shooting at enemies, and replacing your Decoy when it is destroyed or times out.

Dunno, never found the need for a maxed decoy, max incinerate is sometimes useful even when FBW/G/G farming since it omgwtfbbqpwns Pyros once the shields are down, and Fitness are wasted points when you can leech yourself full with Energy Drain.

Heads up, Batarian Soldier is amazing.

It's a Soldier with (what amounts to) Tech Armour. It's as if BioWare finally realized how to make that class not suck!
