It's quite good, actually. Assassin's theme seems a bit too sped up and too much like the original Lightning Swordsman though.
I'd totally contribute (original themes, can hardly do remixes) some music to this project, but I'm already swamped with music work already.
In case I'm ever available for that sort of thing, I'm best at acoustic compositions, especially guitar and piano, and more specifically blues and flamenco as well as a bunch of other styles. I can work well with ethnic instruments (and in fact, I play the sitar), and overall can compose music for any instrument. I've got a major talent for orchestral composition, as it is.
Q: Are the BGMs mostly going to be remixes? Can we even use the ones from BMW1? tbh remixes would be best, since it would be familiar yet also copyright dodging.

First thing's first, that Kara no Kyouka remix is just plain eargasmic. Sounds better than just fine to me. =)
Kudos to making an original BGM for Illya/Prism Illya/general mahou shojo characters as well. There a small bit of reverberation going on as background noise, so that could be cleaned up a little more for improvement.
Ciel's theme is based off of a Melty Blood theme, right? That's a good sounding one as well. Violin~
The sped-up variant of Kojirou's theme could be used for DAT TSUBAME GAESHI, but we could also do with a primary theme as well. Because music is cool.

Very few (if any) audio to MIDI converters actually work, as far as I've found.
