For the hands, I think the corrections for the index and middle fingers are good, but the ring finger and pinky finger should probably just be made a little longer to fit in the angle instead of being completely loose.

Opinions are welcome! Those two fingers (ring and pinky) gave me the most trouble and modelling them off my own relaxed hands...it kind of looked like that. But then, it would have been easier with a model rather than twisting my hand around and losing the shape :/
I know the fingers were loose though, but as you spotted, I couldn't get the angle right...perhaps it would have been easier to print the image out and then scribble on it...
EDIT: I think it's the ring finger that needs to be pulled in a bit...

Just as a note, the way he's holding the cigarette (index finger on top, middle finger on bottom) means that he's holding the cigarette all with his mouth and none with his hand, because with the position of his fingers (the index finger is not right on top of the middle finger) it would drop to a vertical position if he were to remove it from his mouth.
