Ok I think I know what you mean by that but if you want one that looks sad in a "in universe" way then I'd point to the one with Rin and Archer at the front and Saber and Shirou at opposite ends in the back, both standing in the desolate wasteland of swords, isolated and alone. Two of a kind, people who's minds have been warped to the point of no longer possessing a sense of self, two people who need each other to regain it.
