Maybe Azoth + Tracing as Active Skills, UBW as NP and Avalon as a Passive Skill which heals and adds NP each turn.

Let's be real...he'll probably be the 5* for the HF event, and it'll be a Buster: Nine Lives Blade Works (for the Merlin Meme Teams). Him having Avalon would be pretty great as well...but I'd much prefer it if his NP actually did damage. Either way, I just want it to be him. Not some bullshit like Ishtar (though she is still quite Rin-like, she isn't really Rin), but more along the lines of Waver.

Also, amazing avatar Mirakura...Fran was so damn adorable this event.

The Azoth Sword could be a Buster too, but I'd like it more to be Arts. A 3 - 6 hit anti-person NP that would lock NP and Skill, and deal more damage to Evil characters.
