Hi Artee. Do you prefer Promarkers over Copics? Not really asking price-wise, but for convience-y
Hamburgers.
(I have a tendency of not finishing things I've started.)
I hang out alot at my own Discord server, though there isn't really much activity in there. The Art Haus Chatterbox!Accepting commissions. Do you want some art done, and do you want it done for cheap? PM me, man, and we can talk.Currently not taking any commissions, sorry!
I like Copics too, but they're way more expensive than Promarkers.. That's why I decided to go with Promarkers. I had a set of 42 since 4 years ago I had bought on the internet, and since a store here started to sell them, I've been buying more little by little, now I have around 60 or more (I didn't stop to count them, but there's many).
Furthermore, with the dollar price increasing all the time it's getting more difficult to get copics even if I wanted to. Though I've got a friend who has a good set of copics, so sometimes I take mines for her to use while I use hers. However, she "stole" the few drawings I made with her copics so far It has also been awhile since I last tried them.

You're welcome~
Copics give you a pretty nice result, but I really liked the promarkers either. Copics should be used on a special paper which allows you to use the blending pen. Though I don't like this paper too much because it's too thin and flaccid, but it has a layer of something like a special varnish, which allows you to use the blending pen and doesn't let the ink go through the other side of the paper. For promarkers I use CANSON 180G and I get nice results from it, even if there's a special paper being sold, but I have no idea how it is, since I never bought it. Maybe I'll buy it someday if I find it again (it's not so easy to find it here..), it'd be good to try since promarker also has a blending pen, and I couldn't get a nice result with it with the paper I have.

90gsm is almost the same as the paper you use on your printer. Not sure if it's a good idea..
It's a Canson Layout 180, it's smooth, and doesn't absorb the ink as a watercolor paper absorbs the water. Though I've found this. My dad is going to the USA next week, I'll see if I can order one pad for him to bring me since buying it here would cost me around 3 times this price. If you live in the USA or have an online store with art material, you can check for this pad!
