Apparently this user over at myfigurecollection posted in the TYPE-MOON club saying his friend received copies of Fate/Stay Night & Tsukhime from Mandarake for "free". I think you should ask them directly about this as I'd too be super pissed if I bought something I really wanted only to have the store accidentally sending it to the wrong address.
So should I pm him?

I think I should have shopped around more before eBaying the Zero novels. Probably could have saved at least $10-20 through Mandarake (though that prospect is looking a little scary given fuji's predicament). Oh well, at least I just got paid...
So does anyone know where I can find just the box to hold the 4 novels?

You mean you have this kit? pretty cool, it seems well sculpted. The figure I was talking about is this one, which is supposed to come out this fall.
Ah, Fate/Extra Caster. Sadly, I have little interest in the game or its characters. Mostly because I don't have a PSP and I have heard no details of the thing actually being translated.
