Caules is a pretty cool guy, I'm rooting for him. One of the things I really like about Apocrypha is the way it turns around all the normal Nasuverse character tropes. That's really nice to see, gives the work a real freshness.

Novel doesn't even bother to think of a logical explanation for why Frankenmoe is a girl. She just is. Well at least she didn't stalk the Doctor because she was yandere for him so that's something.

When Caules asked about the homunculi , she was like "I'm not that kind of girl!" XD

I got to admit, this scene redeemed Caules and Frankenmoe a bit in my eyes. The concept is still stupid but the execution is better than I expected.
