Yes, in the story even.
Either sub or they are the same thing with a different name. Lancer at least calls what Ayaka does kuromajustu.
But Ayaka's entry says Kuromajutsu, it's just in brackets right after it says Witchcraft. But for Misaya's it just say kuromajutsu. As if Ayaka knows witchcraft but Misaya doesn't.
Which is why I think it's a subcategory.
TM wikia JP seems to think so, but I wouldn't trust 'em.
If it's the thing that showed up in Ayaka's entry I think Black magic is the term food used. Witchcraft is the thing Casko uses and is described differently (no idea about Alice). If you want to avoid magic I guess black arts would work as would blackcraft if that doesn't make you cringe (would designate it as equivalent to magecraft, witchcraft, and formalcraft; but different).

The katakana next to the Ayaka thing says "Witchcraft," as in the traditional kind. Casko uses 呪術 which might be like shaman, witch doctor magecraft because 呪術師 means shaman or witch doctor.

Sounds like 'witchcraft' would be a better fit then, Caster's is probably closer to shamanism by the sound of it (though this is mostly a holdover from Negima stuff, like 'dark arts')
... What does Medea have to do with Negima?
