I dunno, the SC anime was infamously slow, I don't think they'll have a particular problem with adding extra scenes every now and then to buffer fights. Nevertheless, Golden Wind is supposed to take place over the course of a week, so the quick pace isn't entirely unwarranted.
All the VAs are different from the games (for the better, imo).
I liked Narancia's game VA better, and I am neutral on Bruno and Mista. Also, I don't think SC was slow at all. Honest to god, I think SC was also too fast, though the anime was thankfully slower. Besides, even if it was supposed to take place over a week, I honestly think that's part of the problem. Just reading Part V gave me sympathetic fatigue, and the same is true in Part III. Also, Koichi's appearance was the best part of Part V.
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooo
Giorno was an asshole for it and Echoes Act 3 is way more boring than Act 2, Koichi didn't deserve getting his passport nicked.
Nah, there were plenty of better moments, like the train, or KINGU KURIMSON
Oh, I mean the very fact of Koichi appearing was the most interesting part of Part V for me. KINGU KURIMSON just confused me, Diavolo was better when he had a Giovanni silhouette, and Echoes Act 3 is more fun because it actually talks and has quite the mouth. Also, I will say the train was pretty good. Finally, my second favorite thing about Part V was Polnareff's appearance.

Only two weeks (and 1 day) to go (even though I already saw the episode when it leaked). Can't wait for the Gangster Behind Bars, the Express Train Bound for Florence, the Mystery of King Crimson and Green Day & Oasis.
Also, how do you guys think a Rohan v Bohemian Rhapsody battle would go?
Depends.
During DiU would have Rohan most likely lose. Post-DiU would have Rohan stomp.

Why the change post-DiU? It's not like Heaven's Door actually grew in power or anything. I know he gave Koichi the ability to speak and understand Italian in Vento Aureo, but he could have done that in DiU. Either way, a Rohan v BR would be quite fun to read/watch, though he'd probably instantly do what Weather did once he figured out what was going on.
Call it a retcon or whatever, but during DiU Rohan can't use Heaven's Door on himself.
Sometime in the seven years after DiU when "Rohan at the Louvre" takes place Rohan casually uses Heaven's Door on himself to escape a youkai's clutches. As such he would be easily able to render himself immune to Bohemian Rhapsody in a manner similar to how Weather was immune.

First episode of Vento Aureo is out!!! Discuss!
Personally, I liked it. The set pieces were animated well, Koichi was a thing, and his discussion with Jotaro post-meeting Giorno was expanded. Also, I love how Bruno is voiced by Lancer.
Apart from reading much nicer and correcting names (god it's gonna suck when they say zipper man next week), for this episode they corrected an error. Bruno asked Giorno what he'd do if he found a bag with one billion lire. CR mistranslated it as one hundred thousand.
It's been a while since I've read Part V, so I didn't realize that error was present until now. Also, the name changes are understandable because American copyright sucks ass in this case. Besides, I can ignore name changes because the characters shout Stand names really loud.
I think Giorno has the weirdest stand so far. It turns things into actual, living, independent beings that send the damage they receive to the attacker? What the fuck
