    Spoiler:
With Heaven's Door, he simply could write in himself that he can keep up with the time acceleration and survive the universal reset, so there's no indication he didn't survive. Also, Giorno could have been in GER at the time if he noticed something was up and also survived. There's no reason they couldn't have, even if Occam's Razor indicates they likely didn't.

So, regarding Johnny, does anyone else think Hamon could have solved his walking problem by healing his spinal chord and restoring functionality to his legs? It has healed worse before.

I mean, you answered your own question there fam.

It could, but obviously Hamon does not exist in the SBR universe.

The Ripple can also be used to make tasty pizzas, I hear. There's a reason the Zeppelis are Italian.

Obviously, but I was asking if anyone else thought maybe Johnny's injuries couldn't be because they had been there for awhile, and it involved spinal chord damage.

Jonathan's shattered arm, his broken neck (the Deep Pass Overdrive).

    Oh, right, right.

You know, considering the Spin does heal Jonathan's legs, Hamon would probably do the same.

The parallel between the two scenes isn't exactly subtle considering that Jonathan getting his neck snapped leaves him paralysed until Will does the Deep Pass Overdrive and...

    Part 7 Spoilers
Johnny regains the ability to walk after Gyro teaches him the final lesson of the Spin and dies.

Ah yeah, for sure. I can't believe I didn't see that till now. I just find it funny that if Johnny existed in the original universe with Hamon, he wouldn't have needed to do everything he did to get the Corpse when any Hamon user around could have fixed him up in a jiffy.

So I was listening to the OPs of Jojo and a thought occured to me. Y'all remember that epic scene in the anime where Joseph beats Kars and the first OP "The Fate of that Blood" kicks in to highlight the point of Joseph had defeated the architect of evil who made the Stone Masks that plagued the Joestar family with misery for three generations.

Well I had a thought that they should do it again at the climax of Part 6 but for different reasons...

    Stone Ocean Spoilers
At the end when Emporio is using Weather Report to fight Pucci, it would be awesome if "The Fate of that Blood" played once more to emphasise the irony of Pucci being destroyed by his own blood - specifically the power of the brother he killed that was given to Emporio by Jolyne. It'd also be the last chance to do it since Part 7 is the start of the unconnected SBR-verse.

Oh, and then play "Season" over the epilogue because I'm a sucker for that song and it'll make me cry like a bitch again.

I wouldn't really want an insert song for that scene (though I don't mind him quoting the title of the song as an added line of dialogue), though I would like Roundabout for the credits of that episode. I'd love it if the scoring for those last dew episodes emulated End of Evangelion, but I doubt that'll be the case.

Agreed, it would be nice. Also, Season did make me cry like a bitch as well. I honestly feel it was an appropriate sendoff to Erina. The woman had been through quite a bit, and now she died somewhat happy, surrounded by loved ones and possibly able to reunite with her husband.

Roundabout would work as well, but I agree with Skull that Season would be better. Also, Emporio quoting So no Chi no Sadame would be nice.

At first I didn't like that they stopped using Roundabout for EDs but I've since come around to each having its own mood and theme.
He never sleeps. He never dies.

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
