First, this is in a scenario similar to HA, post Grail War, with everybody alive and well, including all of the Servants. Of course, everyone is a bit older as well, with Shirou having just become a defense attorney. Also, Kotomine is alive also, unlike HA.
Second, there's no way I'm telling you that. You'll have to read the story to find out.
EDIT: And yeah, I'll be providing BGM links. Working on the links for chapter one right now.
