    Given the "Act 0" in the corner of the page with Sancraid/Ayaka/Saber, I am willing to bet it was a bonus chapter for Type Moon Ace (and the collected volumes) only.

    Edit: It's actually the prologue for the 4th novel judging by the cover page. So it'll be at the start of the next novel.

    But, from what I could tell by just glancing at it is that it starts off with Sancraid and then goes into a flashback concerning the battle with Rider over Tokyo Bay.
