Sakurai is writing acts set on Fate/Prototype timeline like the scene with Cu and Gil and then the scene with Sancraid and Ayaka. The chances of getting the Prototype novelization is pretty high and Sakurai is doing a great job with fragments.

The Perseus Medusa mentions in HA is the one that's a "successful Shinji". Proto!Perseus and Fate!Perseus aren't the same. Also Medusa might be still hung over being killed by him and all.
