Aniplex's catalogue of FGO wallscrolls are officially available from Rightstuf. The HFIII scroll is no longer available but it's worth it to Wishlist, it message the team and make an inquiry anyway. Rightstuf's warehouse is huge so it's extremely common for them to just find a massive store of previously out of print content lost somewhere in a box. They're very friendly and will definitely get back to you (Probably just not now since they're shoulders deep in holiday orders but). Alternatively Aniplex frequently sells this merch at cons as well so if you're set on it I'd also suggest going out to their roadshows. They don't reallyyyyyyyyy sell wall scrolls on the site but you can make an inquiry with Navito World the official north american distributor of Goodsmile Company and other figure manufacturers as well. You have to get your order in before the pre-order cutoff date. And it's gonna be expensive.
