Yeah i was thinking about Helena too as Proto Caster. They need more female servants in Prototype itself (atleast one)

Maybe. Reason why I ask is because of stuff in the mangas. Like yeah, they're non-serious but Misaya gets serious for a minute and talks about how she wants Cú Chulainn to kill her if her curse activates before she gets the grail. In fact, Misaya seems 200% nicer. Feels very spinoff-y and non-canon.
I am quite surprised that misaya has a softer side here, but yeah, if only they just push through with the f/p and the prequel getting animated then yes. to be honest, as much as i like ayaka. i believe misaya deserves a better treatment.

Im quite sure Misaya is too popular to be thrown out of the frame that easily. I've got a hunch Nasu dont kill off his cast in such a hasty-inconclusive way since Prototype isn't in an VN with route format at this point, assuming he's sticking to the straight lace story like how his high school novel is.
yeah considering everyone already knew what will happen to her, it would be tad strange if he changes her fate.
In Complete Material II, Nasu mentions that when he dug up his drafts for "Old Fate" (which became Fate/Prototype), he realised he didnt have a "Rin route" (aka Misaya route) written.
