Isn't that more consecutive activation than charge time. Most servants would likely already have trouble by Day 1 of Enki's deployment since floods of Mystical Scale!
It'd be weird if Gilgamesh could summon a flood right away and allow that flood to grow for seven days without any actual harm. I'm sure that battle between Gilgamesh and Arthur did not last for seven days straight, and rather Gilgamesh had Enki readily available for seven days in preparation for its true usage, so more than likely Enki's flood will be out of the picture against the battle of the blackened Servants.
In spite of how much Gilgamesh is hyped up, I feel that he would possibly lose against the combined powers of both Ozymandias and Arash; Arash is just a really great Archer Servant(I wonder how Stella would work), and Ozymandias just has insane destructive power with Mesektet and Ramesseum Tentyris. It'll be interesting to see this fight.
For Cu's fight against Jekyll/Hyde and Paracelsus, I'm unsure how this would work out. If Cu has Gae Bolg released, then possibly he can win this fight, but the largest point of contention is that it is a 1 versus 2. Paracelsus's Alchemy stuff, Azoth Sword, and Philosopher's Stone most likely have a large part in this while Hyde can go all in with his beast form. Still, Cu is a beast hunter, so it might work out, unsure.
Arthur versus Brynhildr and maybe Serenity would be interesting. Arthur's fight against Brynhildr in the final conclusion led to her death, slightly and only slightly based on the fact of her wanting Arthur to stop her, but if she does go all out, then maybe Arthur would lose, considering Serenity is there as well. Nevertheless, he does have Proto Excalibur; still, this seems like a fight that would have some kind of interesting plot saving element.
I feel that Perseus might still be very present in Fate/Prototype as even though he was defeated(stated in Dear My Hero Act 0), so he might be able to help out in all of the fights, or in the very least Serenity might face off with him. I'm very interested in seeing how things turn out, if Fate/Prototype gets some kind of anime or another light novel to cover things up.
Arthur is undoubtedly going to get his ass kicked by Bryn.
