    A 'Vamp!' sheet! awesome! I've noticed that a lot of your noble phantasms are passive and could work just as well as skills. None of them could be considered 'finishing moves'. Other then that, I'm really enjoying these. Imagine a Spring-Heeled Joplin sheet. That would be interesting

    Mad Enchantment : A
    The Class Skill that characterizes a Berserker, which boosted basic parameters in exchange of the Servant’s sanity and mental capabilities, in some cases, it also makes some skill and Noble Phantasm become unusable. At this rank, all parameters are raised, but most of Berserker’s sanity is lost and a certain personal skill becomes weaker.

    PERSONAL SKILLS
    Expert of Many Specializations : B
    The skill that represents the Servant’s knowledge and access of many professional skills. Berserker obtained this skill for the numerous skills and talents he gained from his quest to save Tamriel, but mostly he got most of these skill from doing random stuffs across Skyrim. Because he was summoned as Berserker, most of his skills are sealed away except for his combat skills.

    Dragon Slayer : EX
    The skill given to certain Servants who was said to have killed a member of the Dragonkind. It is not given as a talent, but as a proof of the achievement of killing a dragon. Those who have this skill will have their attack and defense power improved when fighting a dragon or Servant with dragon trait, the bonus will be greater based on their rank. Berserker, as a Dragonborn, a hero who is destined to kill Alduin, The World Eater, along with his Legions of Dragon, had obtained the highest rank possible of this skill. Berserker also has the ability to absorb the soul of slain dragon, which boost the power of his Noble Phantasm for each soul devoured, he basically eats dragon for breakfast.

    Shapeshift (Werewolf) : B
    The skill that gives the owner an ability to temporarily transform into a Phantasmal Beast, Werewolf, also known as Lycanthropy. Berserker gained this ability from a certain daedric ritual of drinking another Werewolf’s blood, a ritual from a Nordic guild called “The Companions”. When in the form a Werewolf, Berserker will gain the skills “Monstrous Strength”, “Instinct” and “Howl of Werewolf”, each at rank C.

    A Noble Phantasm that Berserker possess as the master of the Thu’um, the Voice or more commonly known as a “Shout”, an ancient Nordic art that transform the user’s phrases of dragon language, consisting of three separate words into various powerful effects, like dragon breath or powerful spells. This ability originates from the Dragonkind and was passed down to the Nords by Paarthurnax, the leader of the Greybeards who teaches Berserker this ability.

    Berserker can use this Noble Phantasm to utilize a total of 17 Dragon Shouts, each has a special effects and can be used for various situations, ranging from a simple dragon fire or ice breath to the ability to summon a dragon. Because of his Mad Enchantment, Berserker mainly just use several kinds of shouts, these are the Fire Breath, Battle Fury, Marked for Death and Unrelenting Voice.

    Type : Anti-Unit, Anti-Unit (Self)
    A Noble Phantasm that consisted of numerous weapons and items Berserker gained from being a champion of the Daedric Lords. Berserker was a champion of 10 different Daedric Lords, and had gained 10 different Daedric Artifacts given to him by the Old Gods.

    The artifacts Berserker possessed are : Ebony Mail, The Rueful Axe, Oghma Infinium, Ring of Hircine, Volendrung, Mehrunes’ Razor, Mace of Molag Bal, Ring of Namira, Spellbreaker and The Wabbajack. Each artifacts possessed power comparable to C to A+ ranked Noble Phantasm. Because of his Mad Enchantment, Berserker can’t use several of the Daedric Artifacts, like Oghma Infinium, but his Master may use a command spell to force him to use it.

    Likes : Lollygaging, random misadventure.
    Dislikes : The police, doing the main quest.
    Talents : Smithing 100 iron daggers in an hour.
    Natural Enemies : Dragons.
    Berserker is the manifestation of n00b first-timer Skyrim players who plays as a Nord brute, who rarely do the main quest and has high bounty on Whiterun because they once killed the sacred chicken on Riverwood.

    Berserker doesn’t have any real personality because of his high Mad Enchantment, but he seems to be pretty obedient towards his Master, as long as they are willing to give him some reward in return. His wish for the Grail is unknown.

    Lore
    It happened so long ago, a point where almost no historical record remains. A time where the world was ruled by monstrous phantasmal beasts, and only few members of man walked the Earth. Tired of living in constant fear of the monsters, mankind combined their forces and efforts to fend off these monsters. Using magecraft to build powerful ships and weapons, they devised various tools designed to slay Dragons, Wyverns, and all sorts of Beasts alike. Then using the hide and scales of these fallen Phantasmal Beasts to strengthen their arsenal, forging more powerful weapons and armors, only to repeat the process all over again.

    For a while it worked, however something changed in the hearts of man. Humanity was consumed by their feelings of grandeur for slaying these seemingly “all-powerful” monsters. What was once an urgent duty to protect and sustain mankind, devolved into a sense of fulfillment. It became a game to them. No longer did they hunt monsters as a means of survival, instead as a means of excitement to satisfy their pleasures. The thrill of the hunt.

    No one knows what happened to this civilization. Or if they ever existed to begin with. But one thing is for certain. These were the men and women fought the most powerful beasts in human history for little more than sport and game. They refer to them as ... Monster Hunters.

    Saber lacks a true identity however. Rather than being an individual, he represents the embodiment of all the monster hunters during, what is believed to be, the Age of Gods. Becoming more of an ideal instead of an actual person.

    Class Skills

    Magic Resistance: (A)
    Measures one's capability in defending against attacks or weapons containing magical properties. It is a different skill from resisting magical energy, as it cancels spells all-together. At this rank, it is entirely possible to cancel spells of A rank or below, regardless of what form of high-thaumaturgy it is. In practice, the Servant is essentially untouchable by modern Magi and can therefore be called an effective ''Magus Killer''. In life, even the mightiest of Dragon’s, rivaling and some exceeding the likes Fafnir, fail to fatally harm Saber. Part of that resistance is said to come from his armor, which is forged from scales of fallen Dragons and Wyverns.

    Riding: (B+)
    Most vehicles can be handled at above average skill. In Saber’s case, he can also ride those of the Phantasm Beasts as well.

    Personal Skills

    Monster Slayer: (A++)
    This skill is given to those who possess anecdotes of slaying all sorts of Monstrous Phantasmal Beasts. At this point, Saber has achieved the upmost pinnacle any man can ever attain in this skill.

    Combat capabilities increase immensely against the likes of Phantasmal Beasts or anything related to it. Additionally, even mundane tools such knives and explosives can be lethal against them.

    Hunter’s Intuition: (A)
    It is a composite skill that comprises the effects of Planning, Bravery, and Eye of the Mind (True) which can be used with the proficiency of B Rank.

    These skills working in conjunction represents how Saber could hunt countless of Phantasmal Beasts in his life. Planning to form strategies to overcome and exploit monsters’ weaknesses. The Bravery to face horrific bigger-than-life monsters of great power. And the Mind's Eye to observe and predict their movements, allowing him to overpower them despite the gap in strength.

    Item Construction: (B)
    A skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. Note that this skill requires time to gather components and manufacture items.

    Although this skill is normally restricted for those under the Caster class, Monster Hunters are known to gather materials from around the world to craft new tools. As such, Saber is given the Item Construction skill. With this, Saber can use any acquired materials to possible forge weapons and armor as well as any other miscellaneous tools. Any item created through this ability gains the properties of a Noble Phantasm depending on the materials used.

    The ideal life and passion of Monster Hunters given form. This Noble Phantasm is the embodiment of Saber’s primal desire; “To hunt to his heart’s content”. Upon activation, a great thaumaturgy rivaling that of a Reality Marble stretches all around the area. In the case of a Holy Grail War, it will keep going until it reaches all the participants such as the Masters and Servants.

    Once this task is complete, the Noble Phantasm will fully activate. All of Saber’s enemies become afflicted with the “Monster” trait, although their form remains the same. Additionally, those who became “Monsters” are also inflicted with Mad Enhancement causing them to express monstrous behaviors, such as unstable emotions, attacking others randomly, and loss of sanity. However, those with an extremely powerful will, discipline, or the ability to negate mental interference can resist the influence of the Mad Enhancement.

    Those with the “Monster” trait will be marked, allowing Saber to know their positions and track them down. Though, those affected shall instantly be notified of Saber’s identity and that he was the one responsible. The duration of the Noble Phantasm will last until either Saber or all the “Monsters” die, thus cannot be turned off manually once used. Due, to the mechanics of this ability, it essentially forces the enemy to form a temporary alliance until Saber is defeated.

    The method behind the Noble Phantasm is like that of a Reality Marble. But rather than create or alter reality around him, it instead changes the perception of how one sees the world. Causing one to perceive the same world differently, thus causing the world to become different in their point of view. When using this ability, Saber obsession reaches a point where he begins to see and treat his enemies as monsters. Thus, will seek out slay each and every one of them out of passion for his craft. Makes you wonder who’s the real monster…

    Shaggy is a culinary genius, master of the art of food and food making, as shown in many episodes and movies. This allows Shaggy to create delectable items of sustenance in the form of gigantic sandwiches, colossal sausages and hot dogs, all you can eat fries, and all other forms of food known to the master chef Shaggy. His food items can both heal and increase the defense of any who eat them, as their flavor is so fulfilling and delicious that it has taken up magical properties.

    Territory Construction: C
    -Territory Construction is a Caster-class Skill. It is the Skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus, such as for the purpose of collecting mana.
    Shaggy in his caster form is able to recreate his house in Coolsville that he shares with Fred Jones. In this house Shaggy has access to his fridge worth of ingredients to create food, as well as near infinite mana due to the presence of Scooby.

    Riding: E- (A)
    -Riding is a Class Skill of Rider and Saber class Servants, denoting the ability to ride mounts and vehicles. Rider-class Servants will typically possess a high rank. It is said that dragon type mounts are an exception, requiring a different ability other than Riding.
    Shaggy is not able to ride any horse, or dragon, or wolf, or anything. But he is able to masterfully ride two things, Scooby-Doo, and the Mystery Machine. It is shown in numerous episodes that Scooby-Doo is able to support the weight of Shaggy on his back and run full speed with Shaggy riding him like a horse. When doing this, Shaggy’s riding skill jumps from E- to A. Shaggy has also been shown to be a gifted driver of the Mystery Machine, while in the driver’s seat Shaggy’s riding skill jumps from E- to A.

    Magic Resistance (False): B+
    -Magic Resistance grants protection against magical effects. Differing from the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether.
    Shaggy has shown in movies like Scooby-Doo! and the Goblin King that he has, not a resistance to magic, but an unnatural ability to completely recover from any damage dealt to him through magic. Even when slammed with the most powerful of spells, Shaggy can just brush off the damage and continue fighting no matter how tough the punishment.

    Mad Enhancement: EX
    -Mad Enhancement is the Class Skill that characterizes a Berserker, raising basic parameters in exchange of hindering mental capacities. In some cases, it also affects and/or seals away some techniques, Personal Skills and Noble Phantasms.
    To defend his food, Shaggy will do anything. His honor depends on the sanctity of his nourishment. If one were to threaten his food, Shaggy will immediately switch to his berserker class, and will go into a defensive rage to defend the only thing he has left in this world. Berserker Shaggy has the strength of ten bears and will be completely conscious and somewhat in control of his actions, as seen in the movie Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur. Once he feels that his food is safe, Shaggy will return to his cowardly, meek self once more.


    Personal Skills-

    Meddling Kids: B+
    -Meddling Kids is the unique skill given to Shaggy because of his constant solving of mysteries and unmasking of villains.
    “And I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids” -Every Villain Foiled by the Scooby-Doo Gang. Shaggy has unmasked hundreds of villains, revealing the true identity of every single one. Due to this eternal quest to uncover the secret identity of the villains of the world, Shaggy has manifested with a skill able to reveal the true name of any “evil” servant. He does this by simply glancing at an evil servant. All the information he needs he acquires near instantaneously, giving him a serious edge over his villainous enemies.

    Gates of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water: EX
    -The ninja army is revealed to be robots in which Miss Mirimoto planted the various fighting techniques of her students. She then locks Fred, Velma, Daphne, and Mr. Takagawa in the museum. Scooby and Shaggy manage to escape Miss Mirimoto with the Sword of Doom but are chased by the ninja warriors who stole it. They are saved by Matsuhiro, a samurai, who then trains them. Matsuhiro instructs Scooby and Shaggy to pass through the gates of earth, air, fire, and water in order to find the Green Dragon and the Sword of Fate. When they do so, the Green Dragon enters the sword and takes them back to the museum to combat the Black Samurai.
    The skill Gates of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water allows Shaggy to increase his damage output by practically mythical amounts by summoning the Green Dragon once again to imbue him with the power of the Sword of Fate. This bonus to his strength lasts until the enemy he is fighting dies.

    Immunohypnosis: C
    -That night, the gang attends a costume party dinner. The creepy cloaked man appears on stage, who turns out to be Mr. Mysterio, a famous hypnotist. Shaggy and Scooby are picked from the audience to demonstrate his powers, but they prove immune to his hypnotism: yet the audience falls under the trance.
    It is shown in the movie Scooby-Doo! Pirates Ahoy! that both Shaggy and Scooby are immune to hypnosis. This has transferred into Shaggy’s servant form as a skill that allows Shaggy to completely and utterly negate any forms of hypnosis or mind control.

    Disengage: A
    -Disengage is the ability to withdraw from the battlefield in the midst of combat.
    If Shaggy is known for one thing, it is his chase scenes where he somehow is always able to escape and hide from the enemies he face. Whether they are vampires, ghouls, ghosts, werewolves, mummies, or anything else, Shaggy seems to have an unnatural nack for both finding himself in dangerous situations, and escaping said dangerous situations unharmed.

    Unknown Mastery of the Martial Arts: A
    -Unknown Mastery of the Martial Arts is a skill showing a servant’s mastery of martial arts, though their teacher is unknown, it is easy to see this servant is more than capable with fighting bare handed.
    As seen in the movie Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur, when Shaggy actually decided to purposefully fight other people, he did so with ease and grace. The fight scene shows off Shaggy’s complete mastery of martial arts, where these skills came from and who taught them to him is unknown, but it is easy to see that Shaggy is hiding the discipline and strength of a career martial artist inside him.


    Noble Phantasms-

    Scoobert “Scooby” Doo: EX [Anti-Grail]

    -Scoobert "Scooby" Doo is the Great Dane mascot of Mystery Inc, and pet and best friend of Shaggy Rogers. Scooby is brown from head to toe with several distinctive black spots on his upper body. He is generally a quadruped, but displays bipedal 'human' characteristics occasionally. Scooby also has opposable thumbs and can use his front paws like hands. He has a black nose and wears an off-yellow, diamond shaped-tagged blue-green collar with an "SD" (his initials) and has four toes on each foot and unlike other dogs, Scooby only has one pad on the sole of each of his feet. Scooby has a fully prehensile tail he can use to swing from or press buttons. Both his head and tail are malleable and useful as a communication aid or creating a distraction. Scooby-Doo and Shaggy share several personality traits, mostly being scared easily, but their friends (Velma Dinkley, Daphne Blake and Fred Jones) encourage them to go after the costumed villains usually with "Scooby Snacks", a biscuit-like dog treat or cookie snack (usually shaped like a bone or as shown in later versions of the cartoons Scooby's dog tag), though occasionally appealing to Scooby-Doo inherent loyalty and courage to take a more heroic stance.
    Shaggy’s companionship with Scooby is so powerful, so deep, and so meaningful, that he is able to change the grail itself to summon Scooby as a support servant to follow him around. In a sense, Shaggy summons another servant for himself. Scooby is a fully fleshed out servant too, with his own skills, Noble Phantasms, stats, and wish. Scooby can be summoned in either the berserker or saber class. This additional powerful servant that fights alongside Shaggy makes Shaggy a force to be reckoned with, a true powerhouse alongside the likes of Arturia and Ozymandias. However, this dual summon is unable to occur if Shaggy’s master is either incredibly weak in terms of mana, or Shaggy himself is restrained by some sort of anti-mana device.

    Scooby Snacks: EX [Anti-Unit (Self)]
    "You know, these are like, my favorite thing dude,
    You like, wanna try one man?
    No? Well like, more Scooby Snacks for me!”
    Targets: 1

    -Scooby Snacks are the penultimate form of food and bribery for Shaggy. His favorite food, Scooby Snacks are one of the reasons he goes out on mysterious adventures, gets himself into danger, and it even a main plot device in many of the TV episodes and movies. It is shown time and time again that eating these snacks gives Shaggy increased strength, confidence, agility, endurance, and other traits important in the field of battle. All of this culminates in Shaggy’s most powerful Noble Phantasm.
    Scooby Snacks is simple in it’s form, but devastating in its effects. To use this Noble Phantasm, Shaggy must shift into his caster version, and create the Scooby Snacks, then he must shift into his saber or rider version and eat the Scooby Snacks. Then, and only then, will Shaggy start to glow an unnatural blue and green hue. This blue and green soon glow brighter and brighter. Softly, from the heavens, words will be said.

    Soon, the blue and green light around his bursts out in the form of a gigantic mana burst, and Shaggy turns into his final, and most powerful form, his Grand Berserker. The very essence of the Scooby Snacks seep into his being, and his power level increases to godlike status. In this form, Shaggy’s base stats rank up an incredible amount, every single one becoming either A or higher. Shaggy unlocks every single one of his skills, no longer constrained by class limitations. In this form, Shaggy becomes quite nearly invincible, a force of nature rather than a man. To defeat Shaggy in this stage, one requires a level of firepower along the levels of Gilgamesh himself.

    Weaknesses-

    Shaggy is cowardly in all his forms except berserker

    Personality-

    Both Shaggy and Scooby-Doo have nearly insatiable appetites, as well as tendencies towards goofing off and cowardice. But Scooby Snacks usually satisfy them.     I'm 90% sure most of the wank is a deliberate joke given how over-the-top it is (with Shaggy being a Servant on par with the likes of Arturia, Gil and Ramesses).     Eh, I don't think it would be rather lore-friendly of me to make one of Shaggy's NPs one about solving mysteries, I was already pushing it with the B+ Meddling Kids skill as Shaggy was never the one who solved the mysteries, it was Velma and Fred who did most of the solving. Shaggy and Scooby were the one's always finding their way close to the monster for chase sequences where, in the end, they would usually escape and tell the gang about where they saw the monster. That's why I didn't put any sort of major solving NP or Skill, if it had been a Velma sheet I would have incorporated that into her skill set.

    I should have explained how and why he can swap classes it should have also been a skill or NP, I apologize. Shaggy has had a very long career (1969-Present) in it he has played a myriad of rolls and has picked up characteristics that may have stuck or may not have stuck. All of these episodes, movies, TV specials, have portrayed Shaggy in various ways, his family, hometown, past, friends, personality, has all been changed once or another. Because of this he can choose to take on the roll of whatever "Shaggy" he wants, Saber, Caster, Rider, and Berserker.

    Also, the last Noble Phantasm fits into the narrative as best as anything else I could think of. One of Shaggy's most famous characteristics is his dedication to Scooby Snacks. He would do anything for just a single snack, that includes doing things that go against everything he has learned. It has also been shown in episodes, though no specific example comes to mind, that the Scooby Snacks increase the overall "power" of Shaggy, making him stronger, more agile, and even increase his constitution. I thank you for the criticism however, and I agree I could have done better.

    That's fair enough. You could probably justify it by associating him with Mystery Inc. as a whole, but it'd still be a bit of a stretch.

    A form of sixth sense that allows one to identify the best possible course of action during battle. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms. At this rank, it has gone beyond instinct into the realm of predicting the future. Through this ability, is it possible to negate all penalties caused by visual and auditory interference to a certain extent. Berserker has no formal knowledge of swordsmanship, relying solely on his instincts and brute strength to hold his own against far more skilled opponents.

    A composite Skill of Bravery and Mad Enhancement. Grants the user the ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination. It also has the bonus effect of increasing melee damage. At the same time, the Skill's holder can become like a beast and fight with their instincts.     A powerful guardian spirit Berserker can summon, appearing in the form of a ghostly woman clad in samurai armor and wielding a large halberd. Hangaku has the specs of a mid-tier Servant and can be commanded by thought alone, operating less like a familiar then an extension of Berserker's own body. If Berserker dies then Hangaku shall certainly perish along with him, but on the other hand, it is theoretically possible to remove or even re-appropriate Hangaku while Berserker remains alive. However, the power to do so would be nothing less then manipulating fate itself.
