I have a really hard time imagining Rin saying Misaya's lines.
They are just way too sadistic for her. Because of this, I cannot view her as ProtoRin.
It's like how Manaka is just too Yandere to be anyone but Manaka.
It's interesting because Nasu has pretty much said that Prototype-Rin's design was the same from day 1, twintails etc, though she had more of a rival/ojousama personality.
So for this he just changed her name and appearance.
Yeah, but the one change in her personality is enough that the two are incomparable characters for me.
But still, what if she was still called Rin and had the same design?
What is that thing she's holding in that one picture, anyhow? Is it actually an intestine?

Unfortunately I think she was dead by the Berserker Arc though, since that's when Ayaka and Lancer go all badass team up and take on Saber Alter.
The team up with Lancer happened after Berserker killed Saber, so it's possible.
