Kagetsu Tohya (歌月十夜, Kagetsu Tōya, lit. Ten Nights of the Verses and Moon) is TYPE-MOON's sequel to their earlier doujin visual novel game, Tsukihime, released in August 2001.

Kagetsu Tohya consists of "Twilight Glass Moon, Fairy Tale Princess", the long main story with many branches, and several shorter side stories that are unlocked one after another after related events in the main story have been read. Ten of these side stories are combined as "Ten Nights of Dream".

he saved len and got hit by a car. while he was recuperating, len wanted to see what it was like having a real life, with real warmth, so created a peaceful dreamworld for shiki to play in so she could watch him

rewatching/rereading the op, he didn't get hit by the car, he hit his head on the sidewalk after he avoided the truck. Which makes sense, because if he got splattered by the dump truck, he'd probably be dead?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure the main reason for the dream world wasn't so Len could see what it was like having a real life whatever, but rather, it was kind of necessary to keep him alive, at least at the start. Because even if his body survived, if his mind died, it wouldn't do him any good. Think of it like HA, kind of, with Bazzett?

Although eventually 'blah blah even when my mind recovered, still a dream world, blah blah Len's dying, blah blah the death of this world shifted from me to Len blah blah blah hitting the womb blah blah'

actually, you are right about the side walk, but I seem to remember something about how he was never in any real danger...could be completely wrong, but I think there was something like, well really, something like this isnt bad, I was never in trouble, its len who was actually dying, maybe in one of the end of the world scenes?

Well, finished the main storyline. Sure took a lot of effort, but it was plenty of fun. I didn't know Shiki was such a lolicon though, haha.

They wouldn't need to renew it. The contract created a circuit between the two and now Shiki will supply Len with the prana she needs. Right?

no, shiki doesn't give len prana, not unless she sleeps with him for a normal persons life energy. he acts as an anchor, iirc. she gains prana by screwing with the town. literally. Its sort of debatable whether or not that kind of contact is permanent, also.
