    Looks like normally drawing mech combat is soon going to be a long-lost art form.

    Ah well. I'm much more tolerant of CGI nowadays so this won't particularly bother me. On the plus side I got some FFVIII vibes from that spidercrawler Knightmare so that set of my nostalgia-dar.

    It makes sense that the studio is planning more than one OVA. It'd be pretty suicidal for something like this with new characters and storyline, to say nothing of the fact that Code Geass certainly isn't unpopular. I'd be surprised if they limited it to only one single episode, to be honest.

    I LOL'd heartily throughout the OVA. I liked how it was pretty tongue-in-cheek about certain Geass characters and their traits.

    Kind of disappointed by the lack of animation for an OVA (or for that matter a televised episode), guess they're saving all their budget and animators for totally rad mecha fights in other ovas and they blew all their budget here on the big name voice actors.
