Answer: Nowhere. It disappears from existence. Satsuki doesn't even absorb it. It just goes away.

Satsuki is pretty ridiculous when you think about her Magic Circuits, Sorcery Traits, etc. and how they affected her vampirism. She could probably easily become a new Dead Apostle Ancestor if she lives long enough to grow to that level.
