About Archer going all out... well, if he has enough mana and he isn't cornered (aka what a close combat warrior would love to do against someone who need a bit of personal space to fight) I say he would pretty much curb stomp any Servant in the War. I mean, he can do the same as Gilgamesh, overwhelms them with a sword rain while he readies a mortal hit with a BP or his RM. And even if they manage to corner him into cc, he is pretty good at that too, so he can manage to make some space.
