I wonder what would traumatize him more- having to deal with "I'm not a Woman Shirou" all over again, or having to deal with her attitude towards food (ie: Whatever happens to be closest and cheapest is fine, food is just a source of nutrients).

I think saber may have wanted to get a job and then shirou talked her out of it actually.

Where? I remember Saber pretty much agreeing with Bazzett, in the true epilogue in FHA, on how Servants shouldn't get jobs and should only rely on their Masters to support them all the time.

She's a NEET and moocher.

Japan has the bad habit of associating a guy and girl sleeping in the same room as being married IIRC. That and everyone else in his household would probably harass him over that.

Considering his reaction to Saber Alter wanting hamburgers (I don't quite understand why Shirou looks down on sandwiches so much), probably the latter. He'd be crying at Bazett's attitude toward food.
