There was a list written by someone compiling the writers for each Fate go servant.
example would be Medusa = Nasu
I don't need it anymore though now that I know where the person who made the list got the info in Fate/GO mats
In the Fate Grand Order page at TM wiki, at the bottom of the page there's a list of Servants and who designed them beside them on the far right, saying this because it's probably easier doing that then going through the mats for it. Just offering.
