No, it's not at all like that.
In your example Mordred isn't mentioned at all, let alone the status of her and Saber's relationship. I'll accept that my post wasn't funny and the context was weak, but at least the posts above it gave it the bare minimum of context.

Yes, although you'd probably never notice since high ME and a walking grail as a Master are the far more influential parts.

Frankly Herk would get a massive boost where ever he is thanks to his fame in a similar way to Achilles.

Yeah, I guess at that point Herc was probably pushing the limits of class containers anyway. Wouldn't be surprised if he got a big boost from where he was summoned but between Mad Enhancement and his own stats, he couldn't take in most of it while still being a Servant.

You know, I tried to think of Servants that would be especially useful in a Great Grail War, and most of them seem to be Riders.

Doubt it. Flying Commercial had to be a Kerry idea. The Einzbern would use their Jewel-encrusted platinum-coated private jet.
Or they could have just put him on a freighter ship and pass him off as very loud cargo.

The Einzberns were concerned only with powerhousing by then, obviously they had Herk take one giant leap from Germany to land in Japan as a demonstration of his ability
