Thought (that's probably been thought by someone else already): Emiya states in GO that he has bad compatibility with a gold Archer and a blue Lancer. While this is definitely a reference to Gil and Cu, the terms 'gold Archer' and 'blue Lancer' could also conceivably be applied to Ishtar and Parvati.
I can't imagine he'd be too keen on them, no. After all, despite her looks, Ishtar isn't the School Idol he admired, any more then Parvati is the Kohai that he considered family. For that matter, I imagine it must be difficult for him to hang around with an Ilya who's not the little sister he failed, a Taiga who's not the Big Sister that raised him, and a Kiritsugu that's a broken shell of a man too.
