I just realized something interesting. Da Vinci's Noble Phantasm was said to be originally reflection-type (repelling attacks by provisionally composing the enemy's Noble Phantasm on the spot), but since its full power was diverted to administrating Chaldea that function was lost. Now that Chaldea has been destroyed, I wonder if da Vinci Lily (assuming she ever becomes playable) will be able to use its original form?

They'll probably just make up a new justification. Da Vinci's NP can't be deployed as it should in FGO because they can't animate and program a specific counter to every single other NP in the game.

Also, the justification is already here because I recall it being said that Loli Da Vinci is too weak to fight and is designed to just operate the Shadow Border.

One thing to note that even if Loli Vinci can use it, remember because she's now a loli her power output has been reduced dramatically. So it might probably say the same.

The record of something is known as a belt/band or 帯 for some unknown reason. It's probably has to do with what Holmes said in Russia about a singularity being a point, but this is a band because its not just a single point but something that continued.
So rather than a point, it's a line, or a belt.
A quantum time lock is a quantum record fixation band, which is are bands that Goetia destroyed
The lostbelts are bands, records of fake news
And a ghost liner is a record of a person band

I barely remember Reborn but I think he means this:

I read Reborn once upon a time (which probably accounts for a lot of stupid things I've done in the meantime) and I don't remember any of these details. Then again, I think most of my memory of the good parts in it was overwritten when I witnessed someone going through a bunch of black holes in order to accelerate enough to punch someone faster than the speed of light. ...Yeah.

So how do the Lostbelts avoid quantum time locks cutting them off?

They were items designated for removal before the Alien God somehow used these trees to pin their texture upon the planet, we'll probably learn more about it when we learn more about the Alien God.
