Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
I bet if we ever see Vortigern his armor will be a male version of Saber Alter's. Beczuse dark armor + shadowy Excalibur Morgan looking magic + CM2 said Alter's visor was based on a dragon maw.

the rest of me wants to just play games and hide from that demon called deadlines.
Even when those deadlines are my gaming.
Just curious on people's opinions but here's the question. On which part of the setting do you wish TM would release a book about similar to Garden of Avalon for King Arthur in Fate. While I doubt Nasu has the time to do it again but if you could have a GoA book for any other part or history in the setting what would you want?
Personally while I would live seeing everything and anything getting that much attention to it, I would think a book around biblical events, the exodus, settlement of Israel and the reign of Solomon would be neat.

I'd prefer seeing more on Rome (that isnt fucking nero), or ancient civilizations or whatever it was that changed the age around 700
If they were ever to do another GoA thing again I do think Solomon would be the most likely. And I'd like to see that, but I think what I'd like to see more is one for Morgan. It's the same time period as GoA which may feel a bit redundant, but I want elaboration on that apparently inherently British dark magic she, Vortigern, and Alter use.
Rome without Nero is good.
Just Give me Augustus plz TM. Now we know that Karl can summon a flying city through who he is Augustus should something as impressive. Knock Nero's theater out of the ball park pls

Theory from this blog which usually has really good stuff
Spoiler:
The crypter's game of lostbelt's encroaching on each other to decide the planet's king is probably referring to this from Enkidu's interlude which I haven't read because I don't have enkidu.
Spoiler:
"If there was someone who would serve the earth, then what the planet would have birthed is a true king."
tsukihime prologue
What the Earth was unable to produce was a king of its own.
Therefore, there's a strong case that the Crypters "game/race" is actually for one of the lostbelt kings to become Type-Earth. The King and brain of the planet.

So will we have a Lostbelt that has Arcuied as one of the kings?

Type earth
blease
Wasn't there something that Kirschtaria was talking about, the theory of Marisbilly, could that be connected with this somehow?
In the after Solomon wins the grail war Marisbilly says that he's going to use reishifting which was an empty theory to try figure out why the age of gods ended and why the human foundation is so unstable in the common era.
So maybe the theory has to do with the AOG ended.

ok found it
just for a bit clarification on the Enkidu's text part on You's post (bolded part) in terms of context
this is lowkey talking about Gil, I think, and not really arcueidEnkidu: Ahh, how nostalgic. Both the winds and the earth was just how I remember it.
Such strong magical energy would have been unbearable for a human from Master's age without Chaldea's support, I suppose.
I would end up wanting to walk forever until the end of th earth at this rate. Though I suppose that is not the duty given to the current me.
DV: Yes, you walking through the end of this singularity would pose quite some problems indeed.
The earth may ends up paying attention and creates a new land within the singularity.
Enkidu: Haha, now that would be a bit too much.
To make even the world itself to attend to me is impossible; I am but a doll.
Pioneering the planet itself is beyond the domain of even gods.
If there is someone the earth would serve, that would be the true king given birth on the planet, I would think.
M: Very well, enough with the indirect boasting of your friend, would you? For now, we should focus on currently tracking the leader of the Lahmus.
inb4 Lostbelt GIl?
