Legends are tied to certain cultures, but cultures are very seldom bound to a certain location, not even one as broad as a single continent. Example: The Celts, spread everywhere in Europe including the islands of Albion and Eire. Greek civilisation spread all across the Near East and the coasts of Europe, and when it was largely adopted by the Romans it both mutated and expanded, with new myths and legends coming to add to or replace the old.

^ Astolfo is the same as Lancelot in that they're both "born in Country X but legend involves Country Y" and so their various Fate profiles flip flop on where their Region is supposed to be.
But in regards to this map, since the title places more emphasis on their (in-story) country of birth, Astolfo being listed in Britain makes more sense to me.

region: a book
かん汗ぎゅう牛じゅう充とう棟
Expresses the exceeding size of one's library.
Books are extremely many, loaded on an oxcart the ox will sweat.
At home piled to the ridgepole of the house, from this meaning.
Read out as 「Ushi ni ase shi, munagi ni mitsu.」

is it just me or have servant been using smaller scale releases of their NPs without calling out the true name a lot lately in FGO snd its manga adaptations?

A little bit yeah, though while its more of a thing now there was a few examples of it happening earlier

Essentially Servants have way more specific control over their NPs then one would think just given the description of it.
"Only in my company, will you not be a monster"
anywhere than here
once again we come to the age old "stat sheets don't tell the whole story"

More like the even older "If I don't actually explain how it works, I get to just make shit up later".

Although on this instance at least I'd say Rule of Cool prevails either way. Having to do a full chant every time you wanted a character to use their powers would get very old real fast.

Servants don't even need the NP chant, or call the name wrong, and still get the activation.
