I'm going to guess no since it involves injecting your od into the other person, who can resist it with the proper amount, and I doubt she can ever have more than what she herself has. Can you use Mystic eyes of whisper or Charm on yourself? There's probably some Nasu rule that says you can't use the eyes on yourself except for maybe a few beneficial exceptions.
Actually I doubt a mirror would reflect the od back at her in the first place since the petrification is based on what is in the path of her eyes, not what can see her eyes. Making eye contact just makes it stronger.

Well Kibisis inverts the world and that does something that no one really understands which reflects back breaker gorgon. It's not really a mirror in the conventional sense.
