I'm pretty sure McJon isn't secretly Takeuchi, so no.
Incidentally, sumisora has gathering what info that could get about Clock Tower 2015 in this thread, though mostly in Chinese.

How sure?
The c:v incident would've been way more hilarious if McJon was Takeuchi in disguise.
I am secretly Takeuchi. Proof, I drew Saber, and Takeuchi draws Saber:
My god...
NASUVERSE STAMPEDE!!!
I see gorilla arms.

I have to say, this kind of art is so good it puts people like Kotonoha to shame.
arms are too short to be takeuchi
The face needs to be more stick like so as to represent the same face that he is so well known for.
When I saw this on bossel's thing I thought it was someone making stuff up. Since the next person was like "'>curses' dude." But it's on sumisora as well, so yeah, I guess it's legit?
Not a translation but summary that is basically a translation but it's not a translation.
The Twelve Rulers (Lords) Controlling Twelve Departments
First department is the general department, basically Magecraft 101, general magecraft knowledge, leylines, mana usage etc.
The other departments are individual basis-es. Like departments in a college. They are, 個体基礎, Spiritual Evocation, Mineralogy, Zoology, Folklore, Botany, Astrology, Creation, Curses, Archaeology, and Current Magical Theory.
There is a thirteenth department, Politics, but since it's not related to the pursuit of mystery, it doesn't count as part of the twelve.
Anyway know what 個体基礎 is, other than "individual basis."
Also I think this entry is high.

Wait, Botany has magecraft roots then? Since its one of the Twelve.
Well now, this IS interesting.
"Fate/stay night: not really an eroge, and not really a cooking sim, but actually an RPG wherein everyone’s primary stat is “self-loathing” and the goal is to level it up beyond all the other characters."
The precursor to modern Botany is people giving a shit about plants for two reasons (maybe three if you include "they look pretty"): eating them, which for the longest time involved fertility rites; and herbal medicine, which was a domain of magic.

@terra - That is what I would guess, but a whole department? Herbal compounds and such I would have thought would go in General.
So many ideas now, too little time.

It's a major part of magic in basically every part of the world where belief in magic pops up, which is basically everywhere humans lived.

It says plants, I just translated that to Botany which is the study of plants, but it's just plants, and zoology is just animals. So going by the naming scheme of the spiritual evocation etc, it'd be department of plants.

Its fine either way, the message did get across.
