Aka Dark Sakura/Zouken as the Mid Boss Archer as the climax Boss and Kirei/Gillgamesh as the final Bosses

I would say I wouldn't be opposed to seeing how this plays out anyway, but I don't think the stories work well enough. You can't have Heaven's Feel happen and then go back to the Fate story. The only way it could possibly work is if they completely changed everything about the story itself of Heavens Feel and just took random scenes and imagery from it for their halfway point, and DEEN already did that. It was terrible.
Pretty much this. A lot of Heaven's Feel relies on like half the main cast getting wiped out to make Zouken/Dark Sakura credible threats.
You can't just reverse character death/Angra Maniyu corruption and go back to Fate without it looking extremely stupid.
Shirou and Kohaku maybe.
You could probably go Fate to HF, but yeah... HF to Fate just kinda don't work.
