Obviously Gilgamesh has no origin, since having an origin influences how you act and he can't be controlled by anything.
    Ragnarok, come day of wrath
That fallen souls might bear our plea.
    To hasten the Divine's return.

His origin is "can't be controlled by anything".

Linger: Complete. August, 1995. I met him. A branch off Part 3. Mikiya keeps his promise to meet Azaka, and meets again with that mysterious girl he once found in the rain.
Shinkai: Set in the Edo period. DHO-centric. As mysterious figures gather in the city, a young woman unearths the dark secrets of the Asakami family.
The Dollkeeper: A Fate side-story. The memoirs of the last tuner of the Einzberns. A record of the end of a family.
Overcount 2030: Extra x Notes. A girl with no memories is found by a nameless soldier, and wakes up to a world of war.

No Siries, if Gilgamesh has no origin then he has no direction, therefore he is just a point. And what a kind of the king wants to be a point? He is clearly a n-dimensional space, where all another Origins exists and they are just partial cases of his own.

I dunno, does someone who was only incarnated once actually have an origin? Technically, he is still at point 1 of his existence after all. Soul-wise i mean.

If you've originated then you probably have an origin.

I always thought Gil 'Origin' was Gar Stu. He is the original one after all.

Being a Gary Stu would mean that everyone would underestimate what a special snowflake he is, which no one in universe ever does.

The Gods did. They thought he would be a good little wind-up-doll and put all the dirty humans in line.

Really though, most mythological heroes are some description of Stu. It's kinda the point of what they are.

People should stop using a term that was vague to begin with outside of the context it was made for, since by this point it really has no meaning whatsoever.

How did rocks which became Gods get origins????

    =

    Rocks have origins.

Answer: Rocks and fire died (somehow), had their origin sent to the Root which then went on to become humans.

Maybe I shoulda just worded it as the Root of ALL Creation.

Meaning rocks also came from it.

Everything has an origin. Because it came from the Root.

So, in the beginning of Nasuland there was only Root.

Incorrect. First Magic exists for a reason.

Denial of Nothingness (which may not be the 1st Magic specifically) is denying a different nothingness than the nothingness that kara tries to represent. It's like the difference between a mobius strip and actual unnameable infinity.

With a little help from Shiki along the way.
